During Bath Time
One of the most important moments of Sarai’s bedtime routine is her bath! I always give her baths before bed or naps and throw in a few drops of Lavender essential oil to bring her an extra dose of calm. Plus, because it’s so aromatic, it’s nice for me, too!
While Reading and Relaxing
Whether it’s a random Tuesday afternoon or Sunday morning, I love grabbing one of my (many) candles infused with essential oils. When I’m choosing candles, I lean towards Sandalwood, Bergamot, and Vanilla! All three of these will enhance your mood and bring good energy into your home.
This is probably my favorite way to use essential oils – at bed time! When I was pregnant with Sarai and had trouble sleeping and managing my overall moodiness (lol) Mark got me a diffuser with tons of different essential oils to use. One of my favorites is a citrus mix of orange, grapefruit and Ylang Ylang.
